Product details

USLT series

The USLT 2000 series is a PC based ultrasonic dialogue instrument with outstanding ultrasonic function and 2 gate circuits, with a wide frequency range (0.5-20 MHz). The PC monitor has a quasi analog A-scan with a resolution of up to 635x400 pixels and a high refresh rate. The instrument settings, test results, or complete test orders are stored in the database. The USLT 2000 series ultrasonic flaw detector is widely used for spot welding detection in the entire automotive industry.

  • PC based flaw detector
  • Standard USB interface for devices based on industrial desktop or laptop computers.
  • Spot welding detection function with optional spot welding detection software UltraL OG
  • Extended software module for precise thickness measurement, depth measurement, and FFT segmentation

Spot welding inspection in the automotive industry.
